More about me

Featured projects

Check out some of my recent projects, where I do my best to flex UX and UI Design muscles to leave a real impact on clients and users.

Ink Tank

Ink Tank is a social app for tattoo lovers and tattoo artists. With Ink Tank, users can search for tattoo inspiration, share their favorite designs, and even schedule appointments with a tattoo artist near them.

For this project, I used Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Check out the project page to learn more about my process.

Fitted

Fitted is a mobile app for busy fitness enthusiasts who are always on the go. With Fitted, users can search for workouts and routines, sync to their calendar, and schedule short workouts to keep them moving.

For this project, I used Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision. Check out the project page to learn more about my first project focusing mostly on user interface.

WordStorm

WordStorm is a vocabulary learning app for people learning English or people who are looking to improve their skills. In WordStorm, people can test their knowledge daily, study with flashcards, and test their progress with quizzes.

For this project, I used pen and paper, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Prott. This was my first project, and taught me the foundations for good research and design.

Taos email template showcasing responsive coding and animation.

Email Template Challenge

For this exercise, I wanted to code a email template using basic HTML and CSS that was email-friendly. This task was challenging, and allowed me to explore the world of responsive emails using table markup with limited reliance on CSS media queries. I thought it’d be fun to try out a simple animation as well, and created a short gif of a ski lift in the mountains.

My Portfolio Site

A portfolio site is a great way to showcase skills and projects to peers, especially when it’s coded from scratch. I wanted to build a site that reflected me as a person while remaining optimized for both users and search. I faced many challenges, but had a lot of fun solving unexpected problems as they popped up along the way.
